I brought this as a birthday present that we tried to use last year that was ultimately cancelled due to bad weather conditions. It was super easy to rebook when it was convenient again. Pick up details were easy to follow and find. The staff are all very friendly and have a great sense of humour. The views are absolutely breathtaking! If you’re looking for a sign to book a hot air balloon experience, this is it! Seriously worth waking up early in the morning for. 10/10 would do it again. Breakfast afterwards was an absolute cherry on top. Thanks again team, you made our experience so memorable. read less
